Pointools Export

I'm trying to export to a .PTS file, but when I export only a small number of points are exported?

There are 15 large scans attached, which I've reduced to a smaller area using the clip tools, with some points split into layers. When I export only 21kb or only a few points are exported?

Please can someone advised why this is happening?????

Note: i'm working with external drives using usb3 as the files need to be mobile, so I can process on various machines.

Can you confirm all of the Settings that you are using in the Export dialogue box?

When exporting to .PTS there are no options (?), but when I export to .POD there are? I've added a screen shot above, thanks for your reply

Ok. Are all points actually visible on screen? Can you try again using the ALL option and let us know what happens. Also please ensure that you are using the latest build which is Bentley Pointools V8i Update 1 (02.00.02.30).

Just to clarify. Please ensure that you are on the latest build and try again. If this fails double check that all points are visible on screen. How large is the scan data? If you have done a lot of Editing you may want to Export to POD first and then Export the new POD to PTS.

I've exported to a .POD in the past, but this has ended up in crash!

Currently, exporting using ALL to a .pod and it appears to be working, but as yet incomplete.

My build is out-of-date - can you advise where I can get the update?
