Help for FARO 5.5 fls and Pointools

Question

Hello, I try to open and convert faro fls 5.5 but without success. I have installed the latest SDK 
 failled with Pointools connect edition, Pointools creator and Descartes. 
 Have you the same problem ?

There does appear to be an issue applying the latest SDK. I have had similar issues. I would recommend that for now (until an update is available) use Faro Scene to export as E57. You should then be able to convert this format to POD.
