Bentley Descartes snapping ACS

I am facing this issue on my Bentley Descartes SS 5 and Bentley map Enterprise software. Can anyone help me to solve this.

What graphics subsystem do you have? If it is Nvidia, this might be related to a driver for it. There have been previous discussion of this particular issue, including a recent one in this thread . If that is not the issue, then some additional details will be needed.
