Control Points - ContextCapture

You can import control points in File->Import from Control tie points editor from CSV.
Also it is possible to import control points and user tie points using block import XML tool.

When I insert a .txt or .csv file from "Control points editor", I get an error: "insufficent number of columns" on all lines.
What are the columns that must have the file? My file has only 4 columns (point number, X, Y, Z)

Here is what the control points file should look like according to the ContextCapture Master help (ContextCapture Master > Block > Control points).

I now another problem arises.

I have introduced 18 control points, but have 0 control points valid. How I can reference the control points with the images?
I see the checkpoints and view 3D images. I have not done yet aerotriangulation.

Make sure to select the right Spatial Reference System (SRS).

I have imported precise coordinate of 3 control points to the Control points editor (long, lat, height). Now i'm stuck at adding image  measurements. I have choose 2  same measurement position from 2 photos for each control point (by using shift-click) but it still report that the number of usable measurements is 0 (did't know estimated longtitude, latitude..) . Did I miss any steps?
