ContextCapture deployed web viewer not working?

I chose WebGLReady format for production, and copied the resulting production folder to our webserver. When I browse to the index.html file I get the following "Please wait..." screen, but it never proceeds to the 3d scene.

Any idea why this is happening?

    You copied both the App and the Scene folder correct? Ive seen it hang like this when the scene wasnt uploaded to the webserver successfully. Because of the nature of the scene, it can take awhile to upload if it is particularly large.

    Alternatively, if the 3mx file name has been changed you will get this hang. I would also check to make sure that the JSON file in the app folder is pointing to the correct 3mx.
