You will need another application to do this e.g. this could be done in MicroStation

I use cloud compare for merging referenced obj files, Its a free software package through so not sure how it will manage 89 separate files. it might import them fine, If you load a few then make them not visible it might help the program to not crash under load. a simple import export should be fine.

I can merge those tiles in Blender and In Cloud Compare as well but my problem is how to extract or export Texture for those merged tiles especially in case when we export merged tiles in OBJ format . Any help will be appreciated.

Yes i did the same Mr. Richard! successfully merged all of my OBJ files using Cloud Compare but my problem is how to merge Texture for those OBJ files...Kindly suggest some solution. Stay blessed and happy.
