Pointtools viewer

Question

I downloaded the PointTools creator and viewer software. The POD creator software installed properly bit the Viewer does not. It goes through the process and ended successfully but the application is not installed; there is only one folder in the application directory. I am using an old Windows XP system but this should not really matter as other 32-bit applications work fine. 
 Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Bentley Pointools Viewer must be installed first. Try uninstalling Bentley PODCreator and Bentley Pointools Viewer. If you have installed Bentley Pointools it must also be uninstalled. After the uninstalls have been done then install Bentley Pointools Viewer and then install Bentley PODCreator and Bentley Pointools if it needs to be installed.
