Hi, I have a problem with the 3D view. I have a hp laptop, model 450g2, when I am working with the contextcapture software, I don't know why, but the 3D view doesn't work. The windows of the 3D view is totaly grey and there's no images of my recostruction model. Can somebody explane me why I have this problem and how can I fix it?
I am running into the same issue. I have it on update 15 and 16. I have also installed and uninstalled several times. I remember it working on either update 13 or 14 but when I went to update it, all I see is grey. The production is visible with ContextCapture viewer.

Please confirm that the driver for your graphics card is up to date.

After updating the driver and uninstall/reinstall ContextCapture, I'm still having the same issue. I create the mesh and everything seems fine except it's not viewing in the 3D view. When I load the production through ContexCapture Viewer it shows fine.
1) Is the steps I showed in the link what you were referring to.
2) If so, what's the next thing I should try?

Any update on this issue. I've been able to get around it by using another PC but I have students in my class that are having the same issue. Thanks!
