Visibilty of pod files in point tools software

Question

Hello, 
 I have a problem ,whenever i am opening or attaching a pod file in my software, i am not able to see any point cloud data in my view window its just showing the extent of that file with those white ticks. 
 In Object tree it showing all the details but i am not able to see the point clouds, can you please help me with this problem?? i have attached the screenshot too.

Hi Harshit, 
The problem is with the graphics card that you are using. Integrated graphics cards are generally not unsupported. We do recommend that you use a dedicated graphics card such as those provided by NVIDIA or AMD . As these will include the minimum level of OpenGL required.
