yesterday I downloaded fresh last LumenRT from Bentley side, but it is lumenRT 2015 /15.50.28.03 from10/06/2016 is it the latiest one as you said or will be LRT 2016 released in these days

i am a LumenRT 2015 GeoDesign user from e-on, i've "Standard maintenance plan for LumenRT GeoDesign 2015 (expires December 11, 2016)". Can you help me please, what i must do to get the new LumenRT 2016 Bentley Update ?

Where can i extend my maintenance for another year by Bentley and how much cost it?
If i am not extend my maintenance, is it then possible after one year that i can update to the next LumenRT 2017 Bently Version?

i got not an e-mailon to download the new Version LumenRt 2016 Bentley. On Bentley i have only my account in the moment.

Hi, I currently own Lumenrt 2015 Studio with maintenance until December and was told 2016 would be a free upgrade. I noticed it has been released but have not received any info on how to download or how to extend maintenance through Bentley, or even the cost of the maintenance. There has been very little communication on any of this. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Lutz,

Emails are being sent out this week. With the options you have. If you had LumenRT maintenance with e-on, then you will have two options:

1. You can obtain a one-time perpetual copy of LumenRT Update 1

2. You can switch over to Bentley Select (subscription) and get LumenRT with all of the updates each quarter during the subscription period.

You will be receiving an e-mail this week on Bentley LumenRT Update 1 (aka LumenRT 2016).  e-on LumenRT users will be able to download the update starting in early December.

You cannot "update" from LumenRT Update 1 to LumenRT Update 2 unless you have a Bentley Select Maintenance agreement.  This will be explained further in the December e-mail download options.  Basically, LumenRT like all other Bentley products will be updated on a quarterly basis.

Can i make Select (Subscription) for one year?

There are two licensing options for Bentley LumenRT - Perpetual (a node locked version of the product) or Subscription (quarterly or annual subscription).  Subscription includes maintenance for the duration of the subscription.  Perpetual requires the purchase of an additional maintenance contract for updates.  The best option for you would be to just get the free upgrade to LumenRT Update 1 in December and then get a Bentley Select Maintenance contract.  This again will be explained in more detail in the December e-mail.

LumenRT will always be CAD Agnostic meaning that it will always support non-Bentley products such as Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, Esri CityEngine, etc

Yes, all Plant Factory 2015 Studio users who also have LumenRT will be receiving an upgrade to Plant Factory 2016 Producer.  You will be receiving an e-mail on this shortly.

I never received the email mentioned in this thread, did anyone else? Has anyone who previously had e-on maintenance been able to successfully get LumenRT 2016?
