Not sure if this request should be in here or in the MicroStation forum, but I'm trying to convert approximately 2000 LAS files to POD format. Is there some sort of workflow that would speed this endeavor up or am I stuck being subjected to the constant dialogs for the convert settings and the POD file location for each LAS when the settings and the folder do not change?

That was the key...didn't know that extra option was there in the Convert tool:
