Height Discrepancy when bring ContextCapture into ConceptStation

I am trying to bring in a ContextCapture model, that is geo-referenced to the SRS of WGS 84 / UTM zone 17N, into ConceptStation. The problem is when I attach the 3D model into ConceptStation there is a vertical discrepancy of about 50 feet. The x and y coordinates are on target just the z direction is off. I am also running ContextCapture version 2, is this something an update fixes?
