ContextCapture - some of tiles in production failed

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I use ContextCapture ran mesh model. I have finished AT processing and submit production processing. But do not know why , it always some of the tiles failed when doing the production. I have upload the *.log in the attached. Could you help to check where has gone wrong of the project ? Very appreciate.

Hi Jason,
I note you are running an older version of ContextCapture. Can you please uninstall this version and then download and install the most up to date version. The current release is version 4.4.0.344. Once you have done this please reset the failed tiles and re-submit them for production. If this still fails please log a Service Request. You can create a Service Request here:
