It could be that the spatial reference system has not be correctly set when importing the point cloud.

What is the point cloud SRS and has it been set when importing the point cloud ?

Please note that the SRS must be changed after browsing the point cloud or it will be overwritten.

sorry for my delayed reply. My mean is not that the processing not successful, but the view of Reconstruction model does not seem to be correct (all smooth surfaces are replaced by zigzag).

I see that, your model is seem has the same problem, right?

Hi Felix James,
I am using ContextCapture Desktop edition - v4.4.0.344 . I knew that I can import the point cloud to Context Capture, but when I created the reconstruction and submited the production, the result is not ok (you can see above attached image). I dont know why my 3D model in the submit production is not ok.

I've tested your data and it displays as it should do. Can you confirm which version of ContextCapture you are using and hw exactly you are adding the point cloud. Se the image below:
