I have a project that has nearly 6000 images. I am trying to do aerotraigulation on that without any sub-block. My pc got hung in pairs matching (25%) step of aerotriangulation. Do I have to do Aerotiangulation in sub-blocks? Previously I was using PIX4D which also has similar sub-blocks but reults after sub-blocking is very poor. So I generally avoid doing that in PIX4D. Is it the same case here at Context Capture? Anyone got good results after sub-blocking at aerotraingulation step? What are the recommended steps/process I should follow in order to complete thi project?
I have windows 10 and with i7-7700K, 16GBram , 6GB GTX1060 graphic card. No the job is not failing but after i left it for a day, (thought it is still calculating), it was still on that same screen and not reponding. I dont have log file since i have deleted that project and divided in blocks. But after making blocks also, the problem which was there in previous software, not getting proper tie points, completely distorted when compared with other blocks. It seems like integrity of project is lost after sub-blocks. Please can you tell me correct procedure to do this project ? Maybe be without sub-blocking in aero-triangulation step? Also can i use multiple CPUs? How do I approach with this methodology?Thank You
