How is a coordinate system set in ContextCapture Editor? I select "attach and apply Gegraphic Coordinate system" when importing the reality model. However the model isnt displayed and the x and y are nowhere close to what the coordinates should be. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using 3MX or 3SM file format?
If you are using 3SM the "attach and apply Gegraphic Coordinate system" has no effect if the 3SM is geo-referenced.
With 3MX the GCS of the model will be modified if you select the "attach and apply Gegraphic Coordinate system" setting.
