I have been trying to create 3D models from pictures that I have taken of termite mounds. One problem that I think I have is that the lighting was highly variable, so I don't know how much that will effect them.

But ContextCapture is producing this sort of result:
I am new to the software, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot an other advise , you can try to modify the default parameters when you do the Aerotriangulation , maybe you can get a better result.such as below:
