Hello,
I am trying to build a 3D model for high-resolution images(6000 pixels*4000 pixels, 350dpi) taken by drone using ContextCapture. And my ContextCapture version is 04.04.05.36(x64 update 5, English). It turned to be a failure as it took quite a long time, which seemed to be stuck in somewhere. ContextCapture worked well when taking resized images(600 pixels * 400 pixels). Is there a parameter that can control the image size which ContextCapture will handle? Thanks.

Hi Dandi
I am not aware of any constraints on image size. Can you email me the error log from the failed AT?
Also please provide number of images you were trying to process and your computer specifications i.e. processor amount of memory and GPU
Thanks

Hi Michael,
Thanks for your reply. Actually ContextCapture showed "failure" when it ran as 99% in production generation section. Just like screenshot shows at 1:50 in online tutorial #1(https://www.acute3d.com/tutorials/). Sorry I am new to ContextCapture and I have no idea where I can get the error log.
I was trying to process total 33 images and it failed. But I tried first 19 of them and then 14 of them, then both can be processed well by ContextCapture. I guessed there might be some overlap problems among images. My RAM is 32GB and NVIDIA K1100 M is embedded in my laptop.
Thanks,
to export a log select the AT or reconstruction that is giving trouble > Right click > choose "Export" > Export Log for Technical support
the k1100m is at the bottom end for creating reality models.. you can check your settings to see how it scores in the benchmark. A score 90 or above is desirable
Great. Thanks.
Just to add to this thread. I have processed images from a Vexcel UltraCam X large format camera (14430x9420 pixels) ~1.01 Gb each. No problems in processing. Perhaps it's something else.
