Failed to read project file, Is there any way to solve it?

Please send me a copy of your project file (*.CCM) and a screen shot of your Windows Explorer view of the Project Files folder as shown below:

Also have you tried renaming the back up of the project file? This file is located in the same folder and has a *.BAK file extension. Try renaming this to CCM
