Failed to read project file, Is there any way to solve it?

Also have you tried renaming the back up of the project file? This file is located in the same folder and has a *.BAK file extension. Try renaming this to CCM

I have the same problem "Failed to read the project", and I want to fix it. Could you tell me how to fix it? Or, I send you the *.ccm file? (Also you can download the file via the link http://pan.baidu.com/s/1o82ueVo)
The CCM file alone is not sufficient. Please do as we requested with the previous project file. If restoring from a BAK file fails we require that you send a copy of your project file (*.CCM) and a screen shot of your Windows Explorer view of the Project Files folder
