How do I import a processed colorized point cloud in las format into context capture - I do not have trajectories as the data was created photogrammetricaly
Without trajectories you will not be able to import as a LAS file. If it is a static point cloud you will need to convert to either E57 or PTX format

I am looking for a way to convert las/pod file to E57 or PTX with Bentley software. It looks neithe Descartes nor Pointools can do it. Is there any Bentley software to get pointcloud in format supported by ContextCapture?

ContextCapture does support the LAS format. You can use ContextCapture Editor or Descartes to Convert POD to LAS format. Please ensure you have the latest version of ContextCapture (4.4.7.68)
