I have an old licence of pointools view pro from before Bentley bought out pointools. I last tried to transfer it between machines in 2013, at this time pointools view pro was being discontinued at the end of the month. I experienced an issue which required Bentley to issue a new licence. I now need to transfer the licence between machines again. Does anyone know if the licence transfer between machines is still possible? Does anybody know if support is still available on direct from Bentley on this product if I have an issue?

How do I do that once I've clicked on support? The two options it gives me are Go to Connection Centre or Go to Enterprise Portal.

Click on "Go to Connection Center"
It comes up with the following message:
"Almost there...
Before permitting access to Bentley Cloud Services, we need to confirm your relationship to your organization. This last step is usually completed by an administrator at your organization.
After access is granted, you will receive an additional email letting you know that everything is ready, and you can try this link again. In the meantime, you might be interested in the following:"
I am the administrator at my organisation; however, I have not had an e-mail.
Please double check that there is no email in your junk folder an let me know.
