I have also seen this error. It pops up if the project is open already and you try to open it in a different session of BCC. This is as of Update 10.

Just rename it to ccm. It is not zip file it is A3DF file. Communities for some reason allow only limited number of filetypes attached.

There is a problem with the zip file that you attached and we can't open it.. Can you go to https://connect.bentley.com and create a service request for this issue? If you can attach the screen shot and a new zip file containing the required information we will have a look and see if the CCM issue can be resolved.

Seems Contextcapture fits well in line with other Bentley products and unresolved DGN corruption. Seems like coding issue for file handling.

When this problems occurs you can send the CCM file to Bentley Technical support for recovery.
