Seems Contextcapture fits well in line with other Bentley products and unresolved DGN corruption. Seems like coding issue for file handling.

There is a problem with the zip file that you attached and we can't open it.. Can you go to https://connect.bentley.com and create a service request for this issue? If you can attach the screen shot and a new zip file containing the required information we will have a look and see if the CCM issue can be resolved.
