Originally viewed on a desktop, at the company we now need to view it on our laptop to show it to a client. The version is v4.4.6.845 . So we don't understand why it won't open it on the laptop but it opens the same file fine on the desktop. Does the file only work for one machine ?

Is it a 3MX model that you are trying to view? If so please confirm that you have the full dataset to your laptop. This wilt be all files and folder in the Production\Scene folder.
