Job status = "unknown" after computer crashed

Hi,

after my workstation crashed and reboot during production, some tile now appear with the status "unknown".

I can't do nothing to change it, I can't resubmit the job.

Would it be possible to help me on this please ?

If not, would it be possible to re run the same prod with only the missing tiles then merge the result ? (3MX with web viewer)

    Hi Thierry,

    There may be a problem with the job queue.
    Please try the following:

    • Close the Master and the Engine
    • Check that the job queue and project/data directories are reachable by both the Master and the Engine
    • Go to the job queue directory and clear all jobs that are pending or running
    • Re-open the project and re-submit the jobs

    If problem remains unsolved please create a Service Request, send the following directory for the “failing” tile:

    …\3Project files\Block_XXX\Reconstruction_XXX\Productions\Production_XXX\Tile_XXX
