Job status = "unknown" after computer crashed

There may be a problem with the job queue.
Please try the following:

• Close the Master and the Engine
• Check that the job queue and project/data directories are reachable by both the Master and the Engine
• Go to the job queue directory and clear all jobs that are pending or running
• Re-open the project and re-submit the jobs

If problem remains unsolved please create a Service Request, send the following directory for the “failing” tile:

…\3Project files\Block_XXX\Reconstruction_XXX\Productions\Production_XXX\Tile_XXX

i've checked and there is no directory left for the missing tiles. I've opened a support ticket about this.

Could it be possible to merge two 3MX plus the webapp ?
