 after my workstation crashed and reboot during production, some tile now appear with the status &amp;quot;unknown&amp;quot;. 
 I can&amp;#39;t do nothing to change it, I can&amp;#39;t resubmit the job. 
 Would it be possible to help me on this please ?

&lt;p&gt;i&amp;#39;ve checked and there is no directory left for the missing tiles. I&amp;#39;ve opened a support ticket about this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There may be a problem with the job queue.&lt;br /&gt; Please try the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Close the Master and the Engine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Check that the job queue and project/data directories are reachable by both the Master and the Engine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go to the job queue directory and clear all jobs that are pending or running&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Re-open the project and re-submit the jobs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If problem remains unsolved please create a Service Request, send the following directory for the &amp;ldquo;failing&amp;rdquo; tile:&lt;/p&gt;
