What is it that you are attempting to do? You appear to be in the paint command.

I want to color the traffic identification line by constraint.

Just color the id line.

Try using the constraint to select the traffic identification lines. You can then move the selected points to a layer and isolate them by freezing all layers except the one you wish to recolour.
