Can anyone please tell me how to set the coordinate system of the camera pose/position?
I have accurate camera positons in a local coordinate system (Okarito 2000 EPSG:2122) in a text file.

you can import the txt file from the photo tab on top right side there is "import position" then follow then wizard...
be sure the photo id in your txt file is the same of the photo imported in contextcapture.
