I'm getting ready for a big project. And building a super PC.
The quote I get from my IT is for a

Double processor Xeon E52673 V3 @2.4Gz
6x GTX1080Ti cards
+...+...+...
The quote is about $17 000. Before I spend the money, I hope

RE: Building a server for CC?

Adding more RAM is a good idea.
how about RAM? I am planning on 128Gb. on windows 10. For example:

• 2 GPU: 15% faster than 1 GPU
• 3 GPUs: 20% faster than 1 GPU
• 4 GPUs: 24% faster than 1 GPU

You may benefit more my installing 2 graphics cards in each of your systems, installing multiple CC Engines and clustering

RE: Building a server for CC?

how about 6 GPUs, all on 1 motherboard?

RE: Building a server for CC?

I Dennis,

You won't gain much by having a dual processor.
