Has anyone found "detailed" documentation for all the settings when running AT. I am looking for details of of what these settings (skew, tangential distortion etc.) do and when to use them.
I do the same; trial and error method until I get acceptable results. This can take some time because of all the permutations and combinations. If I knew what the various options did it would make things easier.
I agree, CC needs some improvement in the AT functions

For some specific datasets it is so that I use brute-force method by applying different settings and combination of user tie points until get acceptable result. For German photos work is still in progress as there still is room for improvement in Contextcapture like this typical issue if there are not enough photos - https://communities.bentley.com/products/3d_imaging_and_point_cloud_software/f/contextcapture-descartes-pointools-forum/153694/contextcapture-block-type-vertical-views-only
Hello Oto:
Thanks for the response. I have seen that but it is very basic. I thought that there might have been more; like you I have experience with photogrammetry (40+years) and would like to see specifically what the software is doing. BTW I like what you did with the historical German photos; very innovative

Only the one which shows up as pop-up when hovering over the setting.
