After retouching in ContextCapture editor, the mesh is fractured (has "cracks") which require multiple stitching. This takes a lot of time on large tiles. Is it possible to stitch the whole mesh together in one action?
Yes you can use element selection and stitch tool. Until this mesh issue is resolved in so called CC Editor I would not recommend use CC Editor for retouching or only edit small tiles. What kind of retouching is needed? Maybe constraints by 3d shape can be used instead?

I've been trying to remove these cracks from my SLPK exports after touchups.. interestingly it works at the finest LOD but fails as you zoom out..
Try to produce it in one tile. Maybe it is artifact of joint between tiles.
