After retouching in ContextCapture editor, the mesh is fractured (has "cracks") which require multiple stitching. This takes a lot of time on large tiles. Is it possible to stitch the whole mesh together in one action?
I'm still having this issue at Update 14..
A rather long project involving multiple UAV and ground survey and now my final product is cracked as I edited the 3D model in CCE and reimpored the touchups.
using a 3D constraint didn't fully work and I still had to manually remove some of the tsunami effect of the water.
As you can see the Foreground wasn't edited and the BG was..
Try to produce it in one tile. Maybe it is artifact of joint between tiles.
Thanks Otto.
I'll keep an eye out for the next update..
I've been trying to remove these cracks from my SLPK exports after touchups.. interestingly it works at the finest LOD but fails as you zoom out..
Starting from latest CC Update 9 cropping can be done also with irregular shape.https://communities.bentley.com/products/3d_imaging_and_point_cloud_software/f/contextcapture-descartes-pointools-forum/148803/irregular-shape-production/457378#457378
Easily handle water surfaces in your 3D modelWith the surface constraints feature, you can create high quality 3D reality meshes on water areas and other challenging surfaces.

Hi Oto, thanks for your reply. We usually need only to crop the model (in x, y and z dimensions), and then import the retouches to create a 3mx file. How would you recommend to create 3d shape constraints? We are dealing with archaeological excavations which require accurate cropping.
