I just upgraded context capture center with latest version and now I can't open the program.
Can someone help me with the issue?
Have you tried to reinstall it?
yes, I repaired it. uninstalled it. re-installed it. and couldn't resolve the issue. I ended up finding the older installer and went back to the older version and it worked.
Have you download this version or you did the update from ContextCapture Center?
I downloaded the installer from the Bentley fulfillment center.
Can you go in "event viewer" in windows, "windows log" - "application" select the last error (if you remember the time when it happened the last time). Give me a screen shot of the "general" tab and one from "Details" tab.

Can you give us your system information (Ideally a copy / paste of the complete ContextCapture Settings 'System Information> More Information' report).
In addition, are there any .exe of ContextCapture that work?
