I just upgraded context capture center with latest version and now I can't open the program.
Can someone help me with the issue?
I downloaded the installer from the Bentley fulfillment center.
Can you go in "event viewer" in windows, "windows log" - "application" select the last error (if you remember the time when it happened the last time). Give me a screen shot of the "general" tab and one from "Details" tab.

can you please specify what Windows version (what update) and what Context Capture Center version (build number) do you use? So far I have not seen any exact versions / number in the discussion and it's always better to know what version in what environment is discussed.
