&lt;p&gt;I think the problem is that your point cloud doesn&amp;#39;t contain only ground points. If so you should use Bentley Descartes&amp;#39; Ground Extraction tool to first extract the ground points from your LIDAR data before importing the point cloud into Geopak.&lt;/p&gt;
