Hi, thank you for your response. I use also Descartes, could you please advice any education video or something like that to watch how to edit point cloud and orthophoto? Thank you Mirka

For large mesh editing CC Editor won't be the best one. Keep in mind that 3mx/3sm reality meshes are not editable but you can extract terrain as mesh from reality mesh. Also orthophoto editing is somewhat limited compared to Descartes but there is Merge tool in CC Editor which is able to split/merge orthophoto in different tiles. Shouldn't be any limitations using academic version except watermarks.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your response. Finally it was question of 3D model format. Could you advice me regarding the mesh and orthophoto editing? I understand, that I need Context Capture Editor for this purpose, but I am not sure if it is available for the academic version of Context Capture. Mirka

The Acute 3D viewer will only display 3mx or 3sm models. What format are you producing?

That also applies to the 3D view tab in CC Master. This tab will, however, show your loaded photos (if there is metadata for positioning available), and the aerotriangulation tie-points with the aligned camera poses.
