What should I do to build the model again?
Ran into the same issue awhile ago, If you look in the queue monitor and open the queue directory, take a look in the archive. Is it listed there with the file extension ".xml_unsupported"? You can change the file extension back to just .xml and move it to the pending/ priority folder of your choice (normal by default) and the engine(s) looking at the queue should be able to pick it up.
