I'm new here to get start with the software--context capture center. But when I started my own first project. I met some trouble, may anyone tell me what's wrong?
When the software running the reconstruction processing, it told me that "Failed:Failed during Initial 3D mesh reconstruction."

Please right mouse click on the fail production and select @export log file for technical support". You can then create a service request ( go to https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport) and attached the log file. Bentley Technical Support will be able to assist.

When does this error occur? You should be able to create a log file as I described. See the link below:

There may be a problem with your installation. Please try uninstalling and the reinstalling ContextCapture. It may also be worth ensuring that the driver for your graphics card is up to date. You should update the graphics card driver using the latest driver from the manufacturers website not windows Update.
