Hello, I get an error stating "MDL Loader: Could not load application DCARTES.MA" . How can I get rid of this error?

He's having trouble with MicroStation Connect.  Would it be safe to uninstall and reinstall MicroStation Connect?  I believe Descartes is part of the install of MicroStation, right?

Yes I think the first thing he should try is reinstalling MicroStation Connect, which includes Bentley Descartes (even though using Bentley Descartes requires an extra licence).
