I have uninstalled CC and delete everything I can find in my C drive related to CC. Then reinstalled the CC.
could u be more specific on where are the cache?
Hi Meida,
Try to delete this file then resubmit it.
E:\ContextCapture\Catalina_04_04_2018\new project\Project files\Block_2\cache\A8\CC96241F2BBE26A3475BA89D0CDA6BF67516EB2BD8B4E8213C9B57DFF11EDE.a3d
Let me know if this works.
Regards,
Bruneau
It worked, thanks. So why does this happened? And how should I prevent it from happening? If it happened later is there another way I can know which of these caches to delete without coming to technical support like this time?
