Hi,
I used Mavic Pro with Pix4Dcapture double grid mission to collect all aerial photos. There are total 561 photos. Also, I establish GCPs and checkpoint by using RTK GPS.
Then, I tried to compare the accuracy between the double grid and single grid. The single grid data set has 269 photos and they are extracted from those 561 photos.
However, I found that the check point error of double grid is larger than single grid.
I would like to know the possible reason on this issue. Thank you!!

Quality report of Double grid (561 photos):
Mavic pro is not very suitable for automatic missions it has problem with focusing and also it has rolling shutter distortion which limits accuracy. Are the photos well focused?
Other option would be to reuse good calibration or enable tangential distortion in aerotriangulation settings.
What I see that error is mostly on vertical so with single grid it can't double check the vertical so it shows less difference. Is there such difference if measuring between 3d models? Also it is not clear how the mission was done in single flight or it is two flights same or different height. Keep in mind that Mavic doesn't have GPS altitude data in EXIF it writes barometric altitude as GPS altitude so best is to adjust the altitude before aerotriangulation.
Attach a quality report.
