Hello all,
I am new to both Contextcapture and Descartes and I have been looking through the various tutorials to find one that gives me an introduction at a complete novice level. Particularly with Descartes, where I am trying to assign data to parts of my work generated in Contextcapture. For example I have set up a wall, which has a number of features such as doors, windows, lights and a PIR sensor. I am trying to find a tutorial that shows me how I can identify and attribute these items and ideally link them to an excel database containing information.
Any help or any links to a suitable tutorial would be gratefully received.
Regards
Phil
Hi Phil,
This video might be useful for you : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X61cY_n_HLg
Thanks,
Mathieu
Thank you, I have seen this video, but I cannot see at the resolution its filmed at what the command set being used is.
In full screen the commands seem visible to me.
HTH,
Mathieu,
Thank you for your second response.
You are quite correct! The first 44 seconds of the video are fuzzy on my machine, but after that the image sharpens up and I can see the screen. The video comes into focus directly after the command changes to 'Cylinder Solid', I presume the command before that is 'Slab Solid', but its not easy to define.
Thank you once again for your help.
