CCCenter failing AT

Hello!
Our friend shot the entire city  with the DJi Phantom 4 Pro and V2.0.
He received 115,000 photos with overlapping 80% and 70%, oblique grid, 2308.9 Gpx
When he tried to submit AT in CCCenter with the entire data volume, he faced a error Failing during initialization (logs for support in attachments).
They cant  split data, because they didnt use GCP
The Project is saved in the HDD with a free memory 1,38Tb
Please look at the zip and tell me what the error is
