We note tat you are using an older version of ContextCapture. We would advise that you update to the latest version of ContextCapture Update 12 (04.04.12.347) and then resubmit the Aerotriangulation.
The current AT appears to have some corruption.
What is new in 04.04.12.347?

It is not fixed for more than a year and still counting. Development is so slow.
Change naming convention of images from D:/ to //D/ (in reference manager)
