Can a user who wants to work with the free ContextCapture Viewer (04.04.11.60) can do that without having any other Bentley product license?
He will be able to register / sign in to CONNECTION Client?
Yes for latest versions he needs to register free account, no need to have account linked to any site.
Using "New User? Register Now" at the CONNECTION Client?
