I noticed that our ContextCapture Engine cannot see all the installed RAM: we have 64 GB, while the Engine can see 32 GB only.
Why?
We have a GeForce RTX 2070 (8 GB) GPU, Vulkan version 1.1.99, Win10 Professional, i7 9700K.

Same here, Computer with 128G RAM but only 64G detected by CC engine (update 16 on windows 10).

Can you provide us with some screenshots of wheat you are seeing. Also check ContextCapture Settings, System Information tab and confirm what is displayed there and provide us with a log file from you lasts task.
