Can anyone point to or describe the workflow for importing lidar which is in the Albers Equal Area Conic 102039 datum and then getting it reprojected to State Plane? I see an old thread which describes importing into a dgn with the original GCS and then simply changing to the new GCS and toggling reproject, but are there complications related to working units, etc?
In case anyone else is interested, the workflow described above is fine with no complications regarding working units.
