Hi Elena,

Like Oto said if you stay in the same Edition there will be no issue.

For your issue with installing update 13 on a Windows7 is know by our developpers and they are working on it, The workaround is to install CC update 9 or if you can upgrade to Windows 10.

Projects will work if the edition is the same, so CC Master Edition will open projects of any previous version. CC Master only can't open CC Center Editon pojects.

But this problem doesn't seem to be related to Windows but to issues with characters.

There are issue when installing CC on a Windows 7 environment. For your information Windows will stop supporting Windows 7 early next year.

Unless you can't migrate to Windows 10 yet, the work around is to install CC update 9.
